Privacy Policy
PaperWorkCut is built so that there is as little to protect as possible: your documents are processed locally and never reach our infrastructure.
Files you process
Every tool runs inside your browser using local JavaScript libraries. Your PDFs and images are read into memory on your own device, transformed there and written back out as a download. They are not uploaded, copied or inspected by us.
Automatic cleanup
Temporary working files and generated results are held only for the current session and are discarded automatically 60 minutes after they are created, or immediately when you close the tab.
Accounts and personal data
There is no sign-up, no login and no user database. We do not collect names, email addresses or payment details, because none of them are needed to use the tools.
Optional online features
The OCR translation feature sends only the text you choose to translate to an AI provider so the translation can be returned. The original file is never sent. If you do not use translation, no content leaves your device.
Cookies and storage
We use browser local storage only for your own preferences, such as your light or dark theme choice. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with modern browser protections. Because processing is local, there is no server-side copy of your documents that could be breached.
